4. Email and Meetings
We use Resend to deliver transactional emails and Calendly to provide meeting scheduling. These providers may set cookies, store identifiers, or use tracking pixels to measure delivery and engagement, and to operate meeting features.
Email analytics: some providers use a small tracking pixel in emails to record events such as opens and clicks, device/user agent, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps. You can reduce this by blocking remote images in your email client.
Site/marketing tracking: first-party identifiers (for example, a visitor ID) may be stored to connect website activity with email engagement when you opt in to marketing cookies.
Meetings: Calendly may set session and preference cookies to enable booking flows.
Where required, these technologies are only used with your consent. You can update cookie preferences at any time and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.
5. Vercel Hosting and Logs
We host our application on Vercel. Vercel processes server logs (such as IP address, user agent, and request metadata) to deliver the service, ensure security, and prevent abuse. We do not use Vercel cookies for tracking. During preview sessions, essential preview cookies (for example, __prerender_bypass and __next_preview_data) may be set and are strictly necessary for site functionality.
Some browsers have "Do Not Track" features that send a signal to websites requesting not to track users. Currently, there is no standard for how to respond to these signals, so we do not alter our data collection practices in response to Do Not Track signals.
8. International Transfers
Cookies and the data they collect may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for these transfers as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
